Part 1: Registration
Our enrollment process takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

You will need an account in our Enrollment Portal to enroll online.

Part 2: Required Documents

Students must reside in the state of West Virginia to be eligible for enrollment.

Enrollment is not complete until you have submitted the documentation required for enrollment at West Virginia public schools.

• Proof of Student Identity and Guardianship
• Proof of Residency
• Parent/Legal Guardian photo ID
• Immunization Records

Age eligibility per West Virginia Education Code is as follows:

Kindergarten: Must be age 5 by July 1st of the current school year.
